There's no minimum. Whether you've got three vans or three hundred, the account works the same way. We set your credit limit based on your fleet size and expected usage.
How quickly can you replace a fleet vehicle windscreen?
Most fleet windscreen replacements are completed within 24 hours of booking. We carry stock for the most common commercial vehicles and can source specialist glass with short lead times.
Do you cover vans, HGVs, and specialist vehicles?
Yes. Cars, vans, minibuses, pickups, and most commercial vehicles. If you're not sure whether we cover a particular vehicle type, call us and we'll check.
Can individual drivers book replacements directly?
That's up to you. You can manage all bookings centrally through the portal, or we can set up authorisation for drivers to book directly and have it charged to your account.
What about ADAS calibration on newer vehicles?
We handle the lot. If a vehicle needs camera calibration after the windscreen's replaced, we include it and bill it to your account. No separate booking needed.
How does the invoicing work?
All jobs completed in a calendar month are consolidated into a single invoice, broken down by vehicle registration. You get 30 days to pay. Statements and invoices are available in your portal.
